I have no known physical or mental condition that would impair my capability to participate fully, as intended or expected of me.
In addition, Harvest Time International has permission to utilize any photographs or videos taken of me for publicity, recruitment or training purposes without compensation paid to me.

Once assigned to a location, Volunteers must work in that location unless assigned otherwise by supervisor
Headphones are not permitted
Volunteers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manor
Close-toed shoes are required for all Volunteers
All Volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the full duration of their shift
I understand that failing to abide by these rules may result in my being asked to leave the premises.
